Shipping policy
V. Shipping of Goods
5.1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Czech Republic and to countries of the European Union.
5.2. Goods will be delivered to the Customer according to their preference using the following methods:
-
personal pickup at a DPD pickup point,
-
delivery to the address specified in the Order via DPD courier service,
-
in exceptional cases, an alternative delivery method may be individually arranged.
5.3. The Customer is obliged to accept the Goods at the selected pickup point or at the address specified in the Order.
5.4. If the Goods must be delivered repeatedly or to a different address due to the Customer’s failure to accept the delivery, or by a different method than stated in the Order, the Customer shall bear the additional shipping costs. Payment details will be sent to the Customer's email address with a due date of five (5) days from delivery of such notice.
5.5. Goods will be delivered based on the Seller’s inventory, availability, chosen shipping and payment methods. The expected delivery date will be specified in the Order confirmation. Any delivery date stated on the E-shop or in the Order confirmation is approximate and may differ from the actual delivery time. In case of exceptional production delays or supplier-related issues, the Seller will inform the Customer of a new estimated delivery date via the email address or phone number provided in the Order.
5.6. Upon receiving the Goods from the carrier, the Customer is obliged to inspect the packaging for any damage and report any defects immediately to both the carrier and the Seller. If the Customer identifies damage suggesting unauthorized access to the shipment, they are not obliged to accept the Goods.
5.7. If the Customer fails to accept the Goods, it does not constitute a breach of the Seller's obligation to deliver. This also does not constitute a withdrawal from the Contract, although the Seller may choose to withdraw from the Contract due to the Customer’s material breach. In such cases, the Seller is entitled to claim reimbursement for shipping costs and damages incurred.
5.8. The risk of damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer upon receipt from the carrier. The Consumer thus bears all consequences related to loss, destruction, damage, or any deterioration of the Goods.
5.9. If the Consumer does not accept the Goods, the risk of damage passes to them at the moment they had the opportunity to take delivery.
